Mr. Vignesh A.S after completing his engineering degree, aspired to pursue a career abroad. While preparing for higher studies and planning to move overseas, he observed his father’s dedication to his construction business. Unlike many graduates focused on software careers, Vignesh questioned, “Why can’t I study engineering and still be in this field?” That question became a turning point in his journey.

Inspired by his father’s commitment and the trust built with customers, Vignesh chose to stay and learn the business firsthand. Without an MBA or formal business training, he developed his leadership and communication skills under his father’s guidance, gaining deep insights into real estate, planning, and customer satisfaction.

In 2014, he founded CLIFFTON INFRA, which has now completed over 80 projects and delivered more than 1,000 villa plots. Today, CLIFFTON is recognized across the Kongu region as a trusted name for quality and professionalism in real estate.

As of 2023, Vignesh is leading Cliffton’s expansion into premium real estate developments across Erode, Chennai, and other key areas in Tamil Nadu, with a vision rooted in trust, innovation, and long-term value.
